Placing an order: 


How do I order online? 
1. Add product(s) to your order by selecting a product, choose "add to shopping bag." 
2. Your total order amount will appear in your shopping bag, where you can click on "continue shopping" or "checkout." 
3. When you press check out simply log in to your account (if you have one) or fill out the required shipping and billing information and press submit order. 
4. We'll process your order within 1-2 business days; you get an immediate e-mail that confirms your order. 


Is shopping on calistatools.com secure? 
We understand how important security is to you. When you place an order on calistatools.com, we encode your information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology (you'll see the shopping cart switch from http to https). This is an advanced consumer online security technique. You can be assured that your order will be placed safely and securely. Please contact us with any questions. 

Why do you say that the line can be customized?                                                                                                      You will find that the line can work beautifully on many hair types. Each of our styling products were specially formulated to work on many hair textures just by changing simple application techniques.


What credit cards do you accept? 
For US orders, tarte.com accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. For International orders we only accept Visa and Mastercard. We also accept PayPal and PayPal International where applicable. Please note we do not accept gift cards, banking gift cards, international credit cards, checks or money orders. 


The product I want is out of stock, what happens now? 
If some of the items in your order are temporarily out of stock, we will ship the available items only and notify you of any products that cannot be fulfilled. Currently, we do not offer "back orders" for products that are not available at the time your order is placed. 


I haven't received my order, my order is missing items, or my shipment is late? 
Please send an email to calistatools@comcast.net with your order number and preferably the order confirmation email and we will get back to you ASAP. 


How much is the sales tax? 
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states - AZ, CA, CO,CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI and all provinces in Canada. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping/handling charges (as required). Sales tax charges are based upon the state where your order is being shipped. All applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated during the checkout process. 


I received an error message while trying to place an order, what do I do? 
Our website works best with modern browsers, such as the latest versions of Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Internet Explorer. For security reasons we do not support older browsers such as Internet Explorer 7 or 8. If problems persist, then contact calistatools@comcast.net. 

 

Why are some of my favorite products no longer offered on your website?                                                   Although we do not carry our entire product line on our website, there is a chance we still have your old favorites in the salon! Please contact 610-399-6677 ext 106 to inquire about a certain product and place your order.
